Is Ca Mau crab bigger than Sri Lankan crab?

They are comparable in size, but Ca Mau crabs are famous for their rich, red roe (gạch son) which is harder to find elsewhere.

Can I pack cooked crab to fly back to Changi?

It depends on the airline, but we recommend eating it fresh here for the best texture.

Do you serve Chili Crab style?

We can! But we suggest trying our 'Rang Me' or 'Rang Muoi' for a uniquely Vietnamese flavor profile.
