Cai Rang Floating Market
Before dawn breaks, the river comes alive. Hundreds of wooden boats, heavy with pineapples, watermelons, and mangoes, gather in a chaotic yet harmonious dance. Here, commerce happens on the water, and breakfast is a steaming bowl of "Hu Tieu" served from a passing sampan.
